Highlights:
David and Sopin Anichowski's new Pin's Wa is a welcome culinary addition
to French and Continental high-end fare in Rancho Santa Fe.
The delicate decor is feng shui perfect: lilacs in tall celadon vases;
cherry wood and teal upholstered chairs; leaf-imprinted frosted-glass
windows; soothing music; intricately carved Thai antiques; a beautiful
wooden box filled with loose teas with names such as "Blue Lady,"
even a dragon candy dish.
The menu is a combination of Asian Cuisines. The menu is ever changing
with all dishes being served as small plates so a person can combine,
share or feast. Prices are reasonable.
It's where celebrities go when they want to relax.
