Hexagone - Bankers Hill
With glimpses of Balboa Park and views of 5th Avenue in Bankers Hill,
Hexagone lets patrons explore the culinary creations of each of the six corners
of France. Executive Chef Daniel Durfort, a French native formerly from Los
Angeles’ La Parisienne, and Chef de Cuisine Matt Smith, formerly of JSix and
Nine-Ten, unfurl a menu of more than 40 appetizers and entrees. A blend of
traditional French dishes and California flavors, Hexagone’s daily cuisine can
be enjoyed in casual elegance, warm décor and bright windows.
