Vincent's Sirinos - Escondido
To savor a "great culinary experience in Escondido", head straight to this "classy" "sleeper" where "genius" chef-owner Vincent Grumel "goes out of his way" to be "creative" and "cooks to order" "generous portions" of "consistently superb" French-Mediterranean dishes

I ate there this evening and the food was very good.
Duck, beef, fish, foie gras - all well prepared. The sauces in particular stood out, rich, well seasoned and very complimentary to the food.

I saw no 'tasting menu' option. I guess I'll have to ask.

I had a very bad experience here on a recent Sunday. I had the Chef's Tasting Menu. I guess their Chef left and you sure can tell..
