Indigo Grill - Little Italy
Located in stylish Little Italy, this hot spot features San Diego's most creative cuisine. The cuisine, food, and décor are a mixture of the surreal and symmetrical, the primitive and refined telling you a story as you travel from the arctic region to the South of Mexico.

A nice, modern style restaurant in Little Italy. Chef Deborah Scott runs the show. She's also the chef of Kemo Sabe in Hillcrest. Both resturants pack the tables a bit close together. The cheesy pasta that comes with the salmon is really good. The vegetarian option is the same as the one at Kemo Sabe, and consists of a bunch of deep fried things.

I can't say this resturant is incredible, but it is pretty good. It's an open kitchen, and if you sit close to the grill, it's a bit hot. Honestly, for the three pricetag price level, I'd rather have a more enjoyable, intimate, relaxed experience than the packed in, rushing around, heat from the grill that goes on here. But overall, I give it 3.5/5 stars, because the food and decor are pretty good.
