Indigo Grill - Little Italy
Located in stylish Little Italy, this hot spot features San Diego's most creative cuisine. The cuisine, food, and decor are a mixture of the surreal and symmetrical, the primitive and refined telling you a story as you travel from the arctic region to the South of Mexico. Indigo Grill is a must-visit venue for anyone looking for a different and delicious dining experience. Urban style is taken to the next level with the bar scene, serving an extensive selection of unique Tequilas, Mescals and Rums, and signature mojitos and martinis.

A nice, modern style restaurant in Little Italy. Chef Deborah Scott runs the show. She's also the chef of Kemo Sabe in Hillcrest. Both resturants pack the tables a bit close together. The cheesy pasta that comes with the salmon is really good. The vegetarian option is the same as the one at Kemo Sabe, and consists of a bunch of deep fried things.

I can't say this resturant is incredible, but it is pretty good. It's an open kitchen, and if you sit close to the grill, it's a bit hot. Honestly, for the three pricetag price level, I'd rather have a more enjoyable, intimate, relaxed experience than the packed in, rushing around, heat from the grill that goes on here. But overall, I give it 3.5/5 stars, because the food and decor are pretty good.
