What happened to Togos!? Not only were there chewy pieces in the turkey (cartiledge?) but they cut back to only ONE scoop of avocado on their sandwiches!!! See ya Togos! Hello Subway!

I remember going to Togos when I was younger, but it had been a long time. But now that I've been back, I'll never leave. The sandwiches are so much better than Submarina or Subway.

They're bigger in every way. More avocado, more meat and the lettuce is never old. Always fresh. You have a customer for life.

To whom this may concern:
I would like to express my disappointment in the TOGOS restaurant at 779 E. Shaw in Fresno under the direction of manager Holly Dillard.

Last Saturday Feb. 14th I tried to surprise my wife with one of her favorites, a TOGO sandwich to start off Valentine's Day. I arrived at the restaurant at around 10:25am. POSTED on the window were the restaurant hours which showed the time of opening at 10:30 am. As I waited for the next 20 minutes it was clear the restaurant was no where near opening. I then called the number POSTED on the window (221-8646) to not only see if anyone was inside (Which no one was !)but I also left a message on the answering machine asking the store manager to call me back. To no one's surprise it has been one week and no has called me back to discuss the situation and inconveinience I went through last Saturday.
I guess your franchise feels that responding to a customer is not a high priority. That's the only explanation I can think of why you don't open when it clearly states the hours on the window. Or why you refuse to call back a customer with a valid complaint.
I leave you with one question. " Is this good busines?"
I am very disappointed with the TOGOS franchise.
