Our experience on New Years Eve night was awful. All the meats were pre-cooked as well as the potato's. I could see them on cookie sheets in the kitchen as I went to the restroom. All steaks were served medium even though we ordered rare, well done, and medium. All four were cold with cold sauces and not as ordered. What a joke for $400.00. When I order a $40 steak without the sauce and shoestring potatoes, I expect it to show up that way. Not the same way that every other filet is being served. We talked to our server but nobody seemed to care. It was a busy night and they were going to get their money one way or another. Well they got it but our group will never be back. Hopefully, they do a better job on a non-holiday evening.
