Ranch Catering is a Full Event Management Company, we have an on Site bakery "Renaissance Bakery", we also have our specialized florist on Site at "Nantucket Florals", and have one of the largest equipment rental divisions in San Diego.

Subject: Thank you very much! Nayeli & Jason Peltier, Thank you so much for providing excellent food for us throughout this last week. The students truly enjoyed it and I got only positive feedback. That says a lot when dealing with firefighters. Please tell your server I apologize for not being able to see him before he left on Friday. He was with for the week and did a great job. Dear Ramon, Things have finally settled down after the wedding.....all the out of town guests are gone and I have a moment to let you know how much we appreciated all you and your staff did to make our wedding day SPECTACULAR!!! We just can't say THANK YOU enough. I am recommending Ranch Catering to everyone. Please also tell Jennifer that the floral arrangements and bouquets were exquisite. Subject: Great Event! Dear sirs I am the manager at first Congregational Memorial Tower. On Thursday Dec 17, 2009 we had our Christmas Party by Ranch Catering. I just want to take this opportunity to tell that it was the most “perfect” dinner that we could imagine. Bernardo and his crew did a spectacular job. There was nothing we could have wanted that he didn’t provide. The entire senior community was overwhelmed by the beautiful décor and marvelous service not to mention the mouth watering food. Once again, my sincere thanks and gratitude for everything that was provided to us. We will be sure to spread the word. Sincerely Terri Christianson

Subject: Wonderful Wedding! Dear Jason Peltier, I just wanted to drop a line to you and commend Julie Palomares for going above and beyond the call of duty. She made the extra effort to come by to meet with ours and your client Yvette Madueno prior to her wedding at the San Diego History Center on March 27th even though she was not a client Julie was obligated to meet with. The client and the client’s family immediately took a liking to her and felt very reassured by her expertise and helpful information. Julie also then made the extra effort to come by on the day of the 27th to make certain that everything was going smoothly and well. The client and her family asked me to make certain to thank Julie since they felt that because of her extra effort and care that they had received the best personal care and service from your company. Julie is certainly an outstanding member of the Ranch Events team and she has made working with your company an enjoyable experience. We look forward to doing many more events together with Ranch.
